If you feel lonely or abandoned, you should think of the people who love you/care for you. If there is no one you can think of, think of being that someone for another person. When you think about helping other people, all of your problems disappear. If you’re sad, you should cry your heart out. It will make you feel a lot better. Don’t be ashamed to cry. It helps you a lot. The more you do it, you’ll understand. But, when you cry, you should also try calming yourself and smiling. Otherwise, you will end up crying for a very long time.
It’s not your fault if you feel forlorn. But it is, if you don’t do anything to cheer you up. 🙂
